The telehandler training course offers comprehensive instruction to safely operate telehandlers. It covers components, controls, inspections, and maintenance. Participants learn safe operating techniques, load handling, stability, and hazard identification. Practical exercises reinforce skills in lifting, maneuvering, and navigating different terrains. The course ensures participants can operate telehandlers confidently and securely, minimizing risks and promoting a safe working environment.

trainees novice experienced conversion Refresher
If you’ve never driven a forklift truck before, we take you from a complete novice to a skilled reach truck operator in about 5 days. Even those who have been driving reach trucks for a while can benefit from updating their skills with our one-day courses once in a while. If you’ve been out of the industry for some time and haven’t used a reach truck, taking a refresher course is a great way to renew your certificate and licence. Our one and two-day courses are ideal if you want to convert from operating one particular type of forklift to using a reach truck in the workplace.

RD Training Academy courses are performed on your premisis using your equipment. 

This allows us to tailor our courses to your equipment, site and specific needs, giving your employees outstanding training that is also RTITB complient.

Upon successful completeion of an RD Training  Academy course; delegates will receive a certificate and registered onto the RTITB National Operator Registration Scheme database (NORS).  Operators may also wish to purchase a NORS photocard at an additional fee.
